All products on our website are digital items (music presets). Once purchased, they become available for download immediately, so returns and exchanges are not available.

Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue (file won’t download, is corrupted, or does not match the description), contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will provide a corrected file or an alternative solution.
